We care about your pets
We really do. We aren't here to 'roll the numbers' so you won't find large queues in our waiting room because we don't want to be too busy to take what we consider the appropriate care and attention your pet (and you) need. We also understand the importance of relationship, so when you come in to see us you will see the same faces so we'll get to know each other. Another thing you will notice about us is that if we can't do the required job to a high standard we tell you who can. Put another way: We'd rather lose business than have a suboptimal outcome for your pet.We also talk a bit(we are passionate people) because it is important for us to pass on relevant information to you.It is OK to tell us to talk less if you feel overwhelmed!
